Noise issues definitely need addressing!!! The small elevator caused unnecessary delays, and late-night disturbances from street noise kept me awake. Lacking laundry services is inconvenient for longer stays, and more accessible information about amenities would be helpful!!!

We had an unexpected little welcome when we first arrived, but the staff, they were like a breath of fresh air! ! Extremely helpful and friendly, they really turned our experience around. The location was perfect, just a short walk and we could enjoy the old city attractions, it made everything so easy!

The hotel is located centrally. staff was always available and helpful with tourist info. They provided efficient airport shuttle service and even offered dry cleaning. Rooms are modern and spacious with excellent shower facilities!
